Non-Profit Status & Tax Exemption
HANBF is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations to HANBF are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. HANBF files Form 990 annually with the IRS as required.
HANBF is also registered with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Charitable Organizations as required by the Pennsylvania Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act.
Important for Donors: Only donations made directly to HANBF are tax-deductible. Purchases from the Heritage Store (Vladimir Leon Holdings LLC) and investments through the investor portal are commercial transactions and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Money transfer and currency exchange services are operated by Haiti Money Transfer LLC, a separate entity from Vladimir Leon Holdings LLC, registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) of the US Department of the Treasury.

Important: Vladimir Leon Holdings LLC does NOT process money transfers directly. All transfer services are operated exclusively through Haiti Money Transfer LLC under proper licensing. We do not cap transactions to avoid reporting, all reporting thresholds are strictly observed.

Refund & Returns Policy
Heritage Store (Merchandise): All merchandise is printed on demand through Printful. We accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Contact store@haitiannationalsassets.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We do not accept returns for sizing issues on custom-printed items, please check size guides carefully before ordering.
Donations: Donations to HANBF are generally non-refundable as they are used immediately for program operations. In exceptional circumstances, contact info@haitiannationalsassets.com within 7 days of donation.
Money Transfers: Transfer cancellation and refund policies are governed by Haiti Money Transfer LLC's separate terms and applicable federal regulations. Transfers that have already been paid out to recipients cannot be reversed.
