Born in Saint-Marc, Haiti, the birthplace of Jean-Baptiste Point Du Sable, the man who built Chicago, Vladimir Leon has dedicated his career to building the institutional infrastructure that connects the Haitian diaspora to Haiti's economic future. A graduate with a Masters in Sustainability Management (MSSM), Vladimir brings deep expertise in sustainable economic development, international relations, and diaspora community organizing.

His great-grandfather, JΓ©rΓ΄me Maximilien Borgella, was the first Governor of the Dominican Republic, a legacy of leadership that Vladimir carries forward through HANBF's global mission.
