Frequently Asked Questions

How much do I need to invest to get started?

Minimums vary by project: EWNS Broadcasting ($5K), Bakery ($10K), Real Estate ($25K). We also offer portfolio diversification if you want exposure across multiple opportunities. Contact us for tailored investment structures.

How is my money protected?

All investments backed by legal documentation (LLC agreements, stock certificates, etc.). Regular independent audits. Governance oversight by 18-member combined council + internal review board. We're subject to both US & Haiti law. Your money funds real assets (equipment, property, inventory), not just promises.

What if I want to exit early?

Each investment agreement includes buyout clauses at year 5 and optional secondary market liquidity. We work with you on circumstances. No forced lock-in, but long-term commitment is preferred for stability.

How do I know funds are actually going to Haiti projects?

Full transparency. Every investor gets access to: monthly project updates, quarterly financial statements, annual independent audits, and an investor dashboard with real-time fund deployment tracking. You can visit Saint-Marc projects in person. No hidden layers.

What about currency risk (USD to Haitian Gourde)?

All investments are denominated in USD. Returns are paid in USD via US bank transfers. We manage HTG currency exposure on the Haiti side. This protects your investment from gourde volatility while we operate efficiently in local currency.

Do I pay fees or commissions?

No management fees. No upfront commissions. You invest $X, you get X shares or X% equity. Returns are split according to agreement. Transparent, no hidden layers. Audit costs are absorbed by HANBF, not passed to investors.
